Returns, Refunds and Security Policy

PLEASE NOTE: All our products are made to order and therefore we do offer a refund if you simply change your mind.

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately and with photographic evidence by emailing [email protected]a return will be arranged and a full refund will be given. If we suspect foul play, a refund will not be given.

In the event of items being delayed or lost in transit, we reserves the right to claim for the loss with Evri (new name for Hermes) before offering a replacement or a refund. Lost or delayed items will be considered after a period of 10 working days from the date of posting.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We have a fully verified and current SSL security certificate for this site which covers all pages on the site.

This allows all pages to use the https protocol which ensures any information you may enter is fully encrypted at all times.

Checkout transactions are via highly respected and secure processes from Woocommerce and SumUp.

We do not collect or store any information that is not necessary for the functions of the site.

We do not use any 3rd party advertising cookies.

We do not use embedded article content from other websites.
